Violet Schwartz is an oil painter whose work centers on the representation of lived experiences through bold color and texture. Drawing on her background in both Studio Art and Anthropology, Violet explores the intersections of culture, identity, and everyday life in her paintings. Her practice reflects a deep interest in the human experience, aiming to evoke emotion and connection. Violet’s work has been featured in the Brush Art Gallery at St. Lawrence University, where she received her undergraduate degree. She now resides in Boston, Massachusetts, where she continues to paint and sell her artwork.
